Filipino Restaurant Week in Full Swing In the US East Coast

20 May 2019, New York City – Twenty three (23) restaurants and pop ups in seven states in the US East Coast bring into the limelight the best of Philippine cuisine, from the traditional and home-style flavors to the bold, innovative and cutting edge fusion food, during the Filipino Restaurant Week 2019 (FRW 2019) happening on 16-23 May 2019.

Pinoy’s Love of Basketball Highlighted in the Successful Launch of the PHL Basketball Clinic

6 May 2019 – What better way to engage with the Filipino-American Community in the US Northeast Region than to appeal to the innate Pinoy exuberance towards basketball. The PHL Basketball Team, under the auspices of the Philippine Consulate General in New York (PCGNY) held its maiden PHL Basketball Clinic on 5 May 2019 at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Gym in Jersey City, New Jersey. Mr. Ryan A. Compendio, PCGNY’s Records, Communications and Information Officer, served as one of the coaches.
