22 July 2019, New York –To raise awareness on the rights of Persons With Disabilities (PWDs),personnel of the Philippine Consulate General in New York, the Philippine Mission to the United Nations, the Philippine Center, and members of the public, recited the “Loyalty Pledge of an Advocate of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities” during the Philippine flag raising ceremony held this morning, 22 July 2019, at the Philippine Center.
