General Santos and Jersey City Pen Sister Cities Agreement

NEW YORK, 20 August 2018 – The local governments of General Santos City and Jersey City formalized their Sister Cities Agreement last 14 August at a Signing Ceremony held at the Council Chambers, Jersey City Hall, New Jersey.
